Find Properly now lists properties for sale – and here’s a map to prove it

Exciting news from Find Properly HQ – we now list properties for sale! And about time too! This was requested by lots and lots of you – sorry it took so long.

Over 40,000 properties are currently listed for sale. They are all searchable using the same intelligent interface that you know and love (or don’t know, and hopefully will love).

To celebrate, we have remade our rental price map, this time showing the average price of 2 bed properties:

The map shows just how expensive 2 bedroom properties in London are. Especially in central London, where average prices are more than £700,000!

As with the London rental market, prices are highest in the centre (duh!). Prices decrease rapidly in the East and West, whilst staying high in the North and South directions.

Some areas are looking “cheap” (still much much money)

Croydon is cheaper than the surrounding areas, despite having great transport connections with central London and (most importantly) a tram!

Tram, low house prices - Croydon has it all

Prices are also lower to the east of Stratford. However this will likely change as the remainder of the ex-Olympic village comes up for sale. The Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, Westfield Stratford, and great transport links will mean that this area is going to be in high demand.

If you are looking for a bargain, be prepared to move quickly

Finally, you may notice that there are specks of green/blue in yellow areas. This is where there are cheap properties in more expensive areas! They could be small, not that nice or a fantastic bargain – but in any case, they will get snapped up very quickly. Create a property alert on Find Properly with your budget and area criteria, and we’ll email you as soon as new properties come on to the market.

Happy property hunting!
